Not All CO Detectors Are The Same
Please consider the use of CO Experts Model 2004 for use in your home and building. It has accuracy that is not available in the UL 2034 Listed CO Alarm Detectors that utilize some other sensor technology besides electrochemical or infrared science. Often the inexpensive carbon monoxide alarms do not have the level of accuracy required to protect all people. Individuals with heart and respiratory difficulties, pregnant women, infants and small children may all need better protection. Check out Deadly Silence: CO Detectors Fail to Warn of Gas and CO Alarm Independent Test.
Gasoline Generators Can Be Dangerous!
Tell everyone you know that using gasoline generators inside buildings can be dangerous, deadly and is not a good idea. Though this practice is obviously a hazard to most people, some just don't seem to get it. This includes garages that have doors open, basements, and under porch roofs of attached buildings. Review the archives of the CO News and see how often this type of poisoning accident occurs. Thanks from COSA, Carbon Monoxide Safety Association.
