Bacharach’s Service Commitment

Our aim is to thoroughly support all of the equipment we design and manufacture with a service offering that is exceptional – both in the quality of the work we perform as well as the timeliness of our response. We strive for optimum performance – both in how our products operate and how we extend care for them over time. That means we must provide a speedy response to all service requests – and deliver that service professionally. All products are repaired using original Bacharach parts and then tested and calibrated to factory specifications.

Training & Audit Program

This program supports our customers ’instrument maintenance groups by providing on-site or in-factory training as well as an independent audit/inspection of equipment by Bacharach. This offers excellent support and documentation of customer maintenance and safety procedures for all of our Bacharach equipment.
   

On-Demand Repair and Calibration Service

Repair, maintenance and calibration for Bacharach equipment can be delivered on an as-needed basis.
   

Instrument Rentals

A variety of Bacharach instruments are available for short-term or long-term rental.
